All sales are final, as these Products are Hand Crafted and Custom made, only exchanges will be accepted. Prices and Terms are subject to change without notice and will be invoiced at prices in effect on date order is accepted. All orders are prepaid (unfinished or finished) and require a valid credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Ordering
All products are linked to a secure shopping cart that will automatically process your order. Please choose carefully as all sales (stated above) are final, only exchanges will be accepted on unfinished stock products only. After 14 days no returns for exchanges will be permitted, orders will not be cancelled after they have shipped on unfinished products. *** NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS (Specialty Rods-Traverse Rods) AND ALL "FINISHED" PRODUCTS, NO EXCEPTIONS. ***
Finishes
Please choose carefully, all colors are not viewed the same in all monitors. As with all natural Wood Products, color variations and intensities may slightly occur, but they will occur, depending on wood grain and porosity.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of reciept and during regular business hours..Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST., EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS AND SUMMER/WINTER VACATIONS. Unfinished Products ship within 3 to 5 working days, if in stock. We will notify you within 3 business days if any of the products you have chosen are in back order. All custom orders (Specialty Rods-Traverse Rods) finished or unfinished and all other products "finished" will ship within 3 to 4 weeks. As stated in "Terms of Sale", ORDERS $500.00 OR MORE QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY, EXCEPT OVERSIZED RODS (10' LENTHS OR MORE), WHICH WILL AUTOMATICALLY INCUR A "HANDLING" FEE OF $65.00 (as we must use special packing) AND MUST BE SHIPPED FREIGHT COLLECT. Please examine contents of each package carefully once your shipment arrives. ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROPERLY PACKAGED AND CAREFULLY INSPECTED. EACH BOX OR CARTON HAS BEEN CHECKED TWICE BY THE MANUFACTURERS (WOOD DESIGNS) SHIPPING DEPARTMENT. *** ALL PACKAGES MUST BE INSPECTED BY THE CARRIER FIRST, BEFORE SHIPPING CAN OCCUR, THEN "IT WILL BECOME YOUR PROPERTY" ***

Loss & Damage
If "DAMAGE" is found while in transit once you have recieved your products, PLEASE FILE ALL CLAIMS WITH THE FREIGHT OR CARRIER COMPANIES. You must keep all packages intact. DO NOT THROW BOXES OR PACKAGING MATERIAL AWAY. You need to follow the above instructions or the carrier will not honor claims for freight damaged in transit.
Returns For Exchanges
As mentioned in our "Terms of Sale" and "Ordering" segments, ALL PRODUCTS ARE CUSTOM MADE AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL...ONLY EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED on "unfinished" stock products only of equal or lesser value. All exchanges must have "an exchange" authorization code. You may contact us or the manufacturer for that information. EXCHANGE SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. Unfinished Products will not be accepted for "exchange" if you...PAINT, CUT, MODIFY, INSTALL, MISHANDLE OR USE THE PRODCUT IN ANY WAY.
